The 5th Zigwheels Auto Fair 2012 was organised on 18th March 2012 at Balrampur Gardens, Lucknow. Models of several popular brands were displayed at the Times Auto Fair which included three top brands in the two wheeler segment and eight in the four wheeler segment. Tata, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ford, Volkswagen, and Maruti displayed their cars in the four-wheeler category. Renowned companies like Hero Motocorp Ltd., TVS, and Honda amazed the audience with their stylist two wheelers.
Mahindra Xylo, Tata Nano, Hyundai Eon, Hyundai i10, Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Honda Brio, Tata Sumo Gold, Tata Manza, Nissan Sunny Diesel, and Nissan Micra were the automobile models displayed. The show also witnessed other models like Ford Fiesta, Ford Classic Figo, Maruti Swift, Volkswagen Polo, Maruti Swift, Maruti Swift Dzire, and Volkswagen Vento. Two wheeler lovers were able to make a comparative analysis of various models such as Apache RTR, Honda Activa, and TVS Pep+.
Dhruv, the team leader, JSV Hyundai, averred, "Times Auto Fair is a good platform for the customers who visit the show and want to gain information about the specifications and requirements of a particular car. The fair was instrumental in providing people with a platform that displayed all the varieties in the market at one stop." Two renowned banks, Allahabad Bank and State Bank of India were also present in the auto fair to provide information regarding car loan facility and other attractive schemes.
