The main aim of the company behind developing this concept car is to get a hold on the utility vehicle segment of the Indian auto market. This utility vehicle, based on the Swift platform, is expected to cost between Rs. 6-8 lakh. The name of this vehicle is quite interesting with 'X' signifying Cross-over category. One more vehicle that is expected to stir the market in 2014 is Mahindra Scorpio facelift. Mahindra & Mahindra is expected to showcase this variant at the Auto Expo 2014. This new facelift model is more likely to get some updates at its interiors as well as exteriors. A revised front bumper and radiator grille is likely to spice up the front fascia. The rear is also expected to get a new bumper as well as tailgate and a revised set of tail lamps. Overall, the facelift version is anticipated to look more sportier than the currently available variant. No changes in the engine of this vehicle are expected, which clearly means that there will be a 2.2-litre mHawK diesel engine powering this gigantic vehicle.
