Hero MotoCorp has been a strong two-wheeler brand in India. The bike-maker has been working on new 110cc scooter named Dash, and this time around sources have managed to capture shots of the same undergoing road test on our streets, thereby hinting on a possible launch sometime soon. The first glimpse of the scooter was seen at the 2014 Auto Expo Event and the one spotted undergoing test was camouflaged, but it likely to be more or less the same as the one showcased at the event.
The scooter may be powered by 111cc four stroke, air cooled engine that can generate about 8.44 bhp of power with a peak torque output of about 9.4 Nm. In terms of features, the scooter may get a large under-seat storage space that also has a light and a mobile charger. The scooter gets a digital-cum-analogue instrument console that has indicators for side stand, low fuel and service due alerts. External fuel lid has been provided for eay refuling and the scooter gets integrated braking system along with maintenance free battery, telescopic front forks, alloy wheels and 90/90/12 front and 90/90/10 rear tubeless tyres.
On the Hero MotoCorp Dash design aspect, you can expect V-shaped LED tail-lamps and a smart designed exhaust system. The pricing aspect of the scooter is unknown for now, based on anticipation, it is likely to offered at a price tag of about Rs. 55,000.
