Hyundai's Verna has been a popular choice among mid-sized sedan buyers in India. The stylish sedan delivers decent performance figures and comes with impressive features. Last year, Hyundai reportedly held the highest market share of about 21.6% ever since it had been introduced in the country. The first one to come out from the production line for this year would be the new Verna that is due to be launched next month.
The upcoming trim is likely to be based on the 'Solaris' trim that is currently sold in Russia. The vehicle shall be based on Hyundai's Fluidic 2.0 design philosophy that makes it indeed a charmer on Indian roads. The new sedan is likely to be available in two petrol and two diesel trims. The tho petrol versions are likely to in 1.4 Liter and 1.6 Liter variants, whereas the diesel trims shall be available in 1.4 liter and 1.6 CRDi engines.
As part of fresh upgrades, the 2015 Hyundai Verna shall sport larger headlamps integrated with LED lamps. The bumpers have also been redesigned with new fog lamps and a bigger air-dam. The vehicle also sports dual-slat chrome grille. The bumpers are also adorned with new reflectors. As for the interiors, it may be more or less the same as the existing version.
