The Honda Jazz, one of the most talked about cars in town was launched on 18th of this month. The new Jazz has a new look and has also introduced many new features. However, the topic of discussion is the price rather than its new features. The Honda Co. has reduced the price of the new model to compete with recently launched cars like the new Maruti Swift and the Hyundai i20.
The price for new Jazz was brought down just a few days ago as even after offering discounts to buyers, the cost remained higher than other premium hatchback models. It failed to attract potential buyers despite being the best available hatchback and thus a decrease in price became necessary.
Jazz already has already a reputation for elegant interiors with magic seats. It has taken a step ahead and has come up with rear reclining seats. It also includes electrically controlled outside rear view mirror and an audio system with a USB port as an additional benefit. The exterior comprises of new 15 inch silver alloy wheels, renovated front bumper and front grille.
The new Jazz is available to the buyers in three different variants, namely Jazz Select, Jazz S and Jazz X with manual transmission. Prices differ for all the three variants and cheapest among the three is Jazz S, which costs around Rs 5.50 lacs, after this is Jazz Select with a price tag of Rs 5.75 lacs. The Jazz X with additional innovative features costs around Rs 6.06 lacs.
As far as the colour variants are concerned, it will be available with all the four existing colours and in addition to these, a new colour Urban Titanium will be added to the colour list. Honda Jazz is bound to attract buyers with slashed prices and additional features.
