      Maruti Suzuki Ertiga facelift to launch on 10th October, 2015

      The Ertiga MPV from Maruti Suzuki has been a popular choice among car-buyers in the country. The vehicle has been among the top seller list ever since its launch way back in 2012. This time around sources have revealed that the automaker has been gearing up to launch the all new Ertiga facelift on 10th October, 2015.

      The company shall continue to offer the new Ertiga in Petrol as well as Diesel engine options. For now, official specs are not known, it is speculated that Maruti may offer the new Ertiga with a 1.4-liter K-Series petrol engine and a 1.3-liter DDiS diesel engine, and could be tweaked to offer better fuel efficiency figures. As believed earlier, the diesel trim could be offered with the new SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) micro-hybrid system that first found its place in the Ciaz sedan.

      As part of fresh upgrades, the vehicle gets more chrome that can seen on three slat front grill, around fog lamps and spot above the number plate. Apart from the electrically foldable OVRM, the vehicle also gets redesigned 10-spoke 15-inch alloy wheels and a new tail-lamp cluster that enhances the overall appeal. As for the interiors, the vehicle gets start/stop button, smartplay infotainment system, parking sensor, rear parking camera, Bluetooth audio, and 50:50 split third row seat.
