A newly leaked document shared on the web has reportedly revealed the specifications of the CNG-powered Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza that is expected to be launched in India soon.
As per the leaked document, the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza CNG will be powered by the same 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine. The model will produce 103bhp and 138Nm of torque in the petrol guise and 91bhp and 122Nm of torque in the CNG guise. These specifications are identical to the CNG-powered Ertiga. The CNG variant of the Vitara Brezza is expected to be available only with a five-speed manual transmission.
Upon launch, the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza will rival the upcoming Tata Nexon CNG, test mules of which have also been spied in the recent past. The Indian carmaker is also working on CNG variants of the Swift and Dzire, the specifications of which were leaked on the web last week.
