Mahindra Verito Vibe to be launched on June 5

Expressing his views on the launch of Verito Vibe, the Chief Executive Officer, Automotive Division of M&M, Pravin Shah, was quoted as saying, “Customer centric innovation has always been at the heart of any product development at the Mahindra Group. The Verito Vibe marks our entry in the high volume sub 4 metre segment. While developing this product we have paid particular attention to making this car look different and we are sure that it will appeal to customers with its young and sporty looks and that too without compromising the benefits which our existing Verito has to offer.”

Coming to the technical configuration of the upcoming hatchback, it is believed that the 2013 Verito Vibe will come assimilated with the much renowned 1.5 litre Renault K9K diesel engine, which is doing a wonderful job in a number of models. The new model of M&M would come equipped with a futuristic design, which is likely to entice the Indian audience. Since there is absence of curves on side profile of the model, the upcoming Verito Vibe somehow looks like a muscle car. Few auto analysts have also commented that the designing philosophy of new Verito Vibe has been inspired from the Ford Focus. Post launch, the model will deliver a stiff competition to the likes of Hyundai i20, Volkswagen Polo and Maruti Suzuki Swift, which are currently the premium hatchback segment of the Indian auto market.

Reportedly, the upcoming Verito Vibe will be offered in a price bracket of Rs.5 to 6 lakh. On the launch of a new model, industry experts believe that Mahindra is sure to stir the Indian auto market as its new model has been both competitively priced and featured with an advanced design.
