Mahindra Verito, the erstwhile Mahindra Renault Logan and the only passenger car offered by Mahindra and Mahindra in the Indian auto market, was launched in a new limited edition – Verito Executive – on Monday. The limited edition will be available in both petrol and diesel variants. The new limited edition Mahindra Verito Executive is priced in the range of Rs 5.95-7.09 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The company said that the new car will be available in two exciting colors, viz.pearl white and walnut brown.
The petrol variant of new Mahindra Verito Executive has been priced at Rs 5.95 lakh (BS III) and Rs 5.99 lakh (BS IV). On the other hand, the diesel version is priced in the range of Rs 6.94 lakh (Diesel BS III) and Rs 7.09 lakh (Diesel BS IV). The Verito is competing with the likes of Hyundai Accent, Tata Indigo CS, Toyota Etios, Maruti Swift Dzire etc.
Speaking to reporters in Mumbai, M&M Senior Vice-president for marketing (automotive sector), Vivek Nayer, "The launch of the Verito Executive Edition will add a more premium status quotient to the sedan. Together with the propositions of space and mileage, which Verito is already known for, this new edition will provide premium interior and exterior features to our customers."
