Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has rolled out the 2015 Aviator and Activa i facelifts that will go on sale by the end of June, 2015. The former is priced in the range of Rs. 50, 863 to Rs. 56, 209 (ex-showroom, New Delhi), while the latter will be made available in the price bracket of Rs. 46, 213 to Rs. 46, 703 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
The 2015 Honda Aviator received a new Silver Strand Metallic shade along with the standard color options – Rebel Red Metallic, Pearl Ingenious Black and Pearl Sunbeam White. Though, there is no mechanical changes have been made to the vehicle. It continues to feature the 109cc single-cylinder engine that powers the outgoing model. This engine churns out a maximum power of 8bhp at 7, 000rpm and 8.77Nm of torque at 5, 500rpm. The Aviator Deluxe sports 190mm disc brakes on the front axle.
Available in two variants – Standard and Deluxe – the 2015 Honda Activa i is powered with the same 109cc single-cylinder engine, which is capable to produce 8bhp and 8.74Nm of torque. The Standard trim will be offered in a new black color and body graphics, while the Deluxe variant will be available in “trendy floral graphics” to appeal female customers. The latter also gets two new shades – Orchid Purple Metallic and Pearl Amazing White.
