Around 60 new launches from various auto majors are set to enthral the nation and most importantly, the exhibits would represent the best possible form of variety and class.

Reports confirm that the 11th edition of Asia's largest automotive show will display wide range of vehicles, of which, SUVs, premium sedans and iconic brands will be the major attraction. Hatchbacks, concept vehicles, small car, sports cars, EV and Hybrid are also expected to grab attention.

      Sports Utility Vehicle Segment

For the first time, Maruti Suzuki is foraying into the utility vehicle segment with the launch of the multi purpose vehicle (MPV) Ertiga, along with a sports utility vehicle (SUV). Ford is all-set to bring in its new compact SUV EcoSport at the mega event. Renault Duster, Mahindra Mini Xylo, Safari Storm and facelifted Toyota Fortuner are among the other popular launches at the Auto Expo. Luxury car makers like Audi and Range Rover are also geared up with their SUVs. Audi is likely to introduce its all-new Q3 SUV, while Range Rover will come up with Evoque.

      Sedan Segment

Luxury market leader BMW will be showcasing its Auto Expo 2012. Among various displays at the mega event, Chevrolet will showcase its WTCC Cruze sports car that is expected to bring many visitors to its stand. At the Ferrari's stand, the 458 Italia, 599 GTB Fiorano, California and FF would probably be seen.

Furthermore, the new iconic car Beetle from Volkswagen will surely emerge as a show stopper at the Auto Expo. Moreover, it seems that the Auto Expo 2012 will not miss on anything and this time round, it will emerge as the biggest show ever in the history of the country.
