Taking A4 into account first, the car is offered in petrol and diesel options comprising of different engine options like 1.8-litre TFSI, 2.0-litre TFSI and 2.0-litre TDI.

A thing to note here is that Volvo S60 has been only offered in diesel powered engine options, whereas sedans of its rivals are available in both fuel options.

However, the car of Volvo boasts of several advanced safety and comfort features. One of the main highlights of S60 sedan include advanced safety mechanism that protects the passengers in case the car is doing speeds of 50 kmph and suddenly hits any object. The latest offering of Volvo will be offered in India through Completely Built Unit (CBU) route. The general view that is prevalent among the Industry experts is that Volvo will take time in order to establish its presence in the Indian car market as luxury car buyers are more inclined towards buying vehicles from the German triplet.
