Global auto leader Toyota has finally unveiled the new 2015 Camry in the Australian market. The company has stated that the new Camry carries a new bold look and presence than the outgoing version. The latest trim has received a lot of fresh upgrades right from its C-Pillar to the bumpers.
The new 2015 Toyota Camry is available in two engine options namely - 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine and a 2.5 litre four-cylinder petrol-electric hybrid. The company has offered the new Camry in four new petrol variants namely Altise, Atara S , Atara SX and Atara SL. Whereas in hybrid variant it is available in Altise, Atara S and Atara SL. The petrol trims are mated to six-speed auto transmission, whereas the hybrid variant gets a CVT technology.
The new 2015 Camry in petrol is offered at a starting price tag of about $28,990, whereas the hybrid trim prices start from $32,990. As part of fresh upgrades the vehicle has received recalibrated suspension system, a sharper steering ratio and are blessed with 18-inch alloy wheels. The petrol trim consumes about 7.8 liters per 100 kms whereas the hybrid trim consumes about 5.2L per 100 kms.
