      Tata plans to launch new vehicles every year by 2020

      Indian auto maker, Tata Motors is looking at the bigger picture, ahead of launch of their much awaited contemporary models, Zest and Bolt, officials at Tata Motors have revealed their product strategy for domestic market. In a bid to enhance its visibility among various auto makers in India, Tata Motors has chalked out a new plan under which the company eyes launching new vehicles every year. This will go on until 2020, the models launched during these years will also appeal to the global markets. At present no details have been revealed on these upcoming products from Tata’s stable.

      Tata’s new age 1.2 litre Revotron engine will power its upcoming vehicles including the Zest compact sedan and Bolt hatchback slated to be rolled out in India in 2014.To aware customers about various features and functions of the engine, Tata Motors yesterday commenced a unique nation-wide campaign to exhibit its newly developed engine through Revotron Labs. The campaign will be run in a total of 15 preeminent cities across the country.Tata will manufacture Revotron range of engines at its manufacturing facility located in Pune.

      The company is also working on a 800 cc diesel powertrain which is yet under development stage, however it is yet no clear whether this low displacement diesel engine will power Nano or not.

      Besides these, the company is also working meticulously towards improving its quality of manufacturing facilities and making customer buying and after sales experience better.
