      SPOTTED: Toyota Soarer in Indore, India

      The stylish and dazzling two-door Toyota Soarer was conveniently parked in a hotel parking area in Indore. It flashed the very familiar circular Toyota logo and flaunted its brand name as Toyota Soarer. Pictures reveal the latest model with automatic transmission and a plush interiors that make the model stand out with its fluidic design and it is definitely an eye-grabber.

      Toyota Soarer first debuted in 1981 in Japan and was initially sold as personal luxury GT coupe as Z10 series. The subsequent series that followed were Z20, Z30 and Z40. The Z30 series Toyota Soarers were also known as Lexus S300/400. In Japan, Soarer competed fiercely with Nissan Leopart coupe. Toyota Soarers features a Toyota logo at the rear but in the front it flaunts its unique winged-lion emblem also mistakenly known as Griffin. The emblem is also embossed on the steering wheel which is clearly visible in the pictures as well.

      The fourth generation Toyota Soarer is Z40 series which is also available as a convertible model and is also sold as Lexus SC 430.
