      Skoda Auto ventures with TV program, Satyamev Jayate starred Aamir Khan

      Skoda Auto, the completely owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group, has announced a venture with a Star TV Show, Satyamev Jayate. With this TV show, Aamir Khan will make his foray on small screen. The show will be telecasted in several languages and will be aired throughout the country to reach around 400 million families. As the theme of this show is based over truth and trustworthiness, Skoda Auto also shares the same values in their products and services with its buyers.

      Addressing the venture, Kamal Basu, Head, Marketing, SKODA AUTO India said, “SKODA India is extremely proud to be associated with Satyamev Jayate - a show that will connect with the Indian audience not just due to its content, but also its contemporary relevance. We expect this partnership to be effective and successful due to Aamir Khan's powerful first time presence on TV and Star's network strength.”

      The auto manufacturer is quite ambitious with its association with the TV show, as the programme is scheduled to start from 6th May, 2012, 11 am onwards. Star Networks has line-in two main and six associate sponsors for its new programme. In the list of sponsors, Skoda Auto India has emerged as main investor, and therefore the company will have a chance to reach out millions of families and represent themselves as one of the reliable and responsible car makers of the country.

      Mentioning about the show, Gayatri Yadav, Executive Vice President, Marketing, Star Network, said, “The show marks Aamir Khan's debut on Indian television and will push the frontiers of programming to deliver content that is differentiated, impactful and engaging.
