Suzuki Access is among the leading choices when it comes to scooters in India. The updated version of this model has been launched by Suzuki in India at a price of 48512 INR (ex-showroom, Delhi). This model is the Japanese manufacturer’s best-selling scooter model in India. It will also look forward to grab hold of a considerable share in this segment with the launch of the updated model. A few cosmetic upgrades have been installed in the model that has enhanced its looks and functioning by a fair margin, to say the least.

A new Aluminium grab rail has been provided to this new scooter. Also a revamped steel fender on the front, a 3D logo ‘Access 125’ on either side and a neat branding on the front is what it has taken to give Access a bolder appearance. Apart from this, the model also gets tubeless tyres and a maintenance-free battery to revamp its performance.

The scooter market in India has witnessed a stark growth in the last few months. Honda Activa overtook the Splendor, India’s favourite motorcycle to become the best-selling two-wheeler in the nation last month. Suzuki is definitely looking forward to tap the opportunities and it has hit upon a wise strategy to take on the scooter’s market. It has approximately 12 per cent share in the market and a major portion of it is contributed by its scooters. Suzuki is also planning to introduce a number of new models in the country in the running year among which, few are scooters, as well.
