Suzuki Motorcycle India has been doing well along with the huge competition around it in the market. Its Gixxer 155 and Let’s 110 climbed the first few steps of success while its 125 cc Access still remains one of the best sellers, enjoying a decent monthly sale. Unfortunately, its other 125 cc project of Swish couldn’t do much better due to the stiff competition it faced from the new Honda Activa 125.

In order to increase the sales, Suzuki has planned and redesigned the outer structure of Swish, and the facelift model will be launched later this month. These improvements in the exteriors would include a new design along with a new digital instrument console. Besides these new developments at the exterior of the vehicle, there will be a few alterations to the two-wheeler including the installation of alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. Besides these, the front wheel will be equipped with disc brakes for a better grip.

The officials said that the power train of the two-wheeler will not be altered, and the 125 cc air-cooled engine will keep on providing the power to the vehicle. This is the same engine as is present in the Access variant from the same manufacturer. With all the above mentioned efforts, the price of Suzuki Swish facelift will also be kept significant. Suzuki hopes for the better sale of this vehicle and expects an overwhelming response from the customers. Activa remains the biggest and the toughest competition for Suzuki as people have strong faith in the two-wheelers introduced by Honda.
