Fiat India has conducted a three day free check-up camp for Fiat owners at 106 sites in 91 cities. The nation-wide camp started yesterday and will last until September 28, 2014. However there are certain cities like Bihar, West Bengal and Assam in November where the workshops will be conducted later in November.
Under the free check up camp, customers can avail discounts of up to 20 per cent on spare parts and mechanical repair work and a complementary free top wash. Besides this Fiat is also offering free test drive of its recently launched Punto Evo and upcoming Avventura.
With the festivities already on roll in India, the company is probably looking for a way to connect with its prospective customers and make the bond stronger with existing customers. This is also gives a chance to the company to strengthen its after sales service in India for which it is known around the globe. In the past Fiat organized various other check up camps that received positive response from the customers in India hence the company thought to come up with yet another nationwide check up camp just ahead of the festive season.
