A woman only identified as Mrs. Raghunath has spotted a car that was being driven by a cat. The car came to a halt beside her vehicle at a red light near Vasant Kunj flyover. Post sighting last weekend, the woman reportedly fainted in her car. As per an update received from sources, the unrecognized car that was being driven around by a cat is part of a new marketing campaigning for the upcoming Ciaz sedan from Maruti Suzuki. We agree that this is indeed quite an interesting way for promoting an upcoming car!
As per Mrs. Raghunath, she said, "I was heading to the mall and was parked at the red light near the flyover when a stylish new sedan came to a halt next to my car, it looked quite sleek so I was eager to take a peep inside. That is when I noticed its driver... it was a tabby fat cat wearing John Lennon shades! The last thing I remember before I fainted was the cat rolling down his window - winking at me." Passersby came to her car when she shrieked before fainting.
The matter has been reported to the local police station, but even the sketch artist from Vasant Kunj police station could not describe the sighting. Earlier, the car in question could also not be identified from the images and other online sources quoted it to be as some fancy car. The image had gone viral on the Internet. As per updates received by us, the car is the new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz that has indeed caught the fancy of people around with this innovative campaign.
