Bajaj Auto that has recently launched the Pulsar RS 200, 200 AS and 150 AS models in India, is now all set to bring the Pulsar 150NS within few weeks, followed by the new 180NS. The new 180 NS will be fifth product to join the Pulsar lineup, which has been spotted several times during testing rounds in the country.

The new Pulsar180 NS will get some styling cues from the 200 NS. Wearing the bold stances, the bike will look more aggressive and masculine than the existing Pulsar 180. It will feature a well-integrated digital analogue instrument cluster, split seats and a new pair of alloys. Other updates include telescopic forks and monoshock setup on front and rear axles respectively.

The existing Pulsar 180 is powered with a 178.6cc single-cylinder DTS-i engine, paired to a 5-speed gearbox. This engine churns out a maximum power of 17.2 PS of power, while producing a peak torque of 14 Nm. The same powertrain is expected to power the new 180 NS. Though, it might be boosted with Triple-Spark technology and tuned for extra power (20 PS).

For people not in the know, Bajaj is planning to expand its popular Pulsar line-up in the country, and it will have a total 11 different bikes in the range - Pulsar 150, 150 NS, 150 AS, 135 LS, 180 NS, 200AS, 200 NS, RS 200, 220F, CS 400 and RS 400.
