Audi India has come up with a new showroom in Madurai, which happens to be the third facility in Tamil Nadu after Chennai and Coimbatore. The dealership is strategically situated on the Madurai-Dindigul National Highway. In order to cut off the ribbons present were Head of Audi India Joe King and the Managing Director of Audi Madurai and Audi Coimbatore, Ananda Krishnan.
Expressing his views at the launch ceremony, Joe King was quoted as saying, “In the recent past, we have witnessed an exponential surge in demand for luxury cars coming out of Tamil Nadu. Opening a third showroom in the third largest city of the state is the next logical step after Chennai and Coimbatore. Audi Madurai will enable us to command a leadership position in the state and also act as a catalyst towards our dominance in the Southern part of India.”
Sprawling over an area of 40,000 square feet, the facility has a display area for eight cars. Notably, Audi Madurai happens to be a 3S (Sales, Service and Spare part) unit, featuring a spacious lounge area. With the opening of a new Audi showroom in Madurai, it is believed that the customers there have got a decent opportunity to experience the comfort, luxury and thrill of a new segment. The inventory of this facility will include all the models of Audi India, right from R8 to A3.
Interestingly, with the inauguration of the showroom, the brand with four rings also launched new Audi TT at just Rs. 62.23 lac (ex-showroom, Madurai).
