Datsun believes in happiness and makes sure Datsun buyers is a happy bunch. To start with, Datsun cars make you happy with their design, technology and price. The Japanese car manufacturer goes a step ahead with its annual ‘Happy with Datsun’ service initiative. The sixth edition of the ‘Happy with Datsun’ campaign went through successfully across the country from December 9 to 17, offering a long list of benefits for Datsun owners.

The service started early morning every day and the team worked for over 12 hours a day to cater to the needs of Datsun owners. The 60-point car check-up was offered free of cost for owners and in case anything needed to be fixed, you had discounts on labour charges, parts and accessories. You could also renew your insurance at a flat 50 per cent discount through Datsun ensure. For those who could not make it to the camp, Datsun arranged for free pickup and drop services and extended the offers to customers who could not avail the services as a goodwill gesture.

      Ayushmann

Datsun, along with Nissan, has managed to serve over 1,00,000 customers and with this year’s big surprise being Ayushmann Khuranna. The Vicky Donor star interacted with the Datsun family of customers in Bangalore. To the delight of all, Ayushmann also wowed everyone at Shahwar Nissan with hit songs from his films. Customers were glad to spend time with Ayushmann as he shared his interesting journey to the helm of Bollywood.

Ayushmann shared how difficult it was for him to go the unusual road and chose the challenging Vicky Donor script and how glad he was when it turned out to be a big hit. Datsun owners will be familiar with the feeling when they see Datsun cars carving their own space in the challenging Indian car market. The joy of the happy Datsun customers could be seen at all service camps across the country. With play areas for kids and activities organised for their parents, getting the Datsun checked and serviced turned out to be a family picnic than a tiring monotonous chore.

      Datsun buyers

Datsun has three cars to offer for the Indian buyer as of now – the Datsun GO hatchback, the Datsun GO+ - a seven seater at the price of a hatch and the newest Datsun redi-GO. The redi-GO has been the biggest success for the Japanese car maker with the company having to extend production of their limited edition redi-GO Sport to suffice the growing demand.

‘Happy with Datsun’ is a great initiative undertaken by Datsun for its customers. Unlike other car makers, Datsun has ensured personalised attention for the needs of every customer. Sanjeev Agarwal, VP After-sales for Nissan and Datsun said, “With customers asking us when the next HWD is, we think Happy with Datsun has been success for us”.
