Toyota revives its share in hatchback and sedan segment with the Etios and Liva

Toyota, a strong Japanese carmaker brand with global popularity has also been perceived as a reliable and trustworthy brand in the domestic market. With the onset of festive season in India, the carmaker has launched the all the new Etios sedan for Rs. 5.74 Lakhs, whereas in the hatchback segment the new Liva hatchback is up for grabs at Rs. 4.76 Lakhs.

The new Etios sedan continues to be sold in Petrol as well as diesel alternatives. The diesel trim shall be powered by 1.4 Liter engine, whereas the petrol trim continues to be powered by 1.5 Liter engine. The Liva hatchback has also received cosmetic upgrades and shall continue to be available in petrol and diesel trims. The petrol trim shall be powered by 1.2 Liter engine, whereas the diesel version is powered by 1.4 Liter engine. As part of fresh upgrades the sedan shall get features like ORVM’s that are electrically adjustable and the door handles have received chrome inserts. The interiors have received premium quality upholstery and height adjustable driver’s seat. Reverse parking sensors have also been added for further convenience. The instrument cluster in the vehicle now sports bigger multi-info LCD display. The buzzer gives out warnings on loose seatbelt, door ajar and headlamps when left on. The best part about this deal is that the vehicles come with SRS airbags as standard feature.

Etios Liva
