In a bid to further raise its market share in the mass segment of cars, the Japanese auto giant Toyota Motors has launched an all new small car - Pixis Epoch Kei – in its domestic market. The new small car is offered in the price segment of ¥795,000 to ¥1.2 million, where it will be competing with a number of already established competitors. The car will be produced by Daihatsu Motor Company Limited, under the brand Toyota.
The dimensions of the car are as follows – Height 1,500 mm, length 3,395 mm and width 1,475 mm. Moreover, the car offers an additional leg room of 930mm between front and rear seats. Both emission level and fuel efficiency of the new Pixis Epoch Kei model are better as compared to the previous generation small cars of Toyota. While the emission of the new Pixis Epoch Kei is reduced to 77 g/km, the fuel efficiency has been raised substantially to 30 km per liter.
In order to give variety of options to its customers, the company has offered the new Pixis Epoch Kei in 8 exciting colors.
