On the other hand, James May has prepared himself for a two part series show that is to be aired on BBC Two. He, along with BBC2 newcomer Ant Anstead, and Kate Humble who enjoys her fame from the shows including Springwatch, Airport Live and Volcano, will also be hosting a new series called “Building Cars Live”. This show will showcase some of the biggest and busiest factories of cars around Britain. The show will be showcased in a series of two parts, each being of duration of 90 minutes. The best part is that the series will also go behind the scenesto showcasing the engineering and science of the plant. It has been stated that the BMW’s Mini Plant in Oxford will be shown in the series, where a car runs out every 67 seconds.

“Building Cars” seems to be a great initiative to impart knowledge to the students as well as enthusiasts who want to go into the depth of car manufacturing and fabrication. The cast of the show will be visiting various car manufacturers throughout UK and will put an end to the rumour that the British car manufacturing is seeing a downfall through the two live episodes.
