Suzuki has launched a limited edition of Swift named, SZ-L in UK which will be available for sale fromMarch 1, 2014. The company will produce only 500 units of the special edition.Suzuki Swift SZ-L will be available in three door and five door body styles.The limited edition looks sportier and will be proffered with additional features. Based on the mid-grade SZ3 variant of Swift, the limited edition will be offered in a two-tone body colour. Buyers can opt between Boost Blue or Cosmic Black colours. The hatchback sports DRLs in the front with the roof, while spoilers and OVRMs painted in white.
Fabric designs for the seats have been changed in the limited edition Swift SZ-L. Silver stitching can also be spotted on the steering wheel and gear lever. Ample safety features have been added in this limited edition which includes ABS, EBD, Brake Assist, ESP, cruise control, a driver knee airbag, side airbags, dual front airbags and curtain airbags. Comfort features that will be offered as standard on the limited edition SZ-L include air-conditioner, USB port and Bluetooth.
Under the hood is the 1.2 litre, dual VVT motor that is capable of producing a maximum power output of 94 BHP at 6,000 RPM and 118 Nm of peak torque at 4,800 RPM. The engine is synchronized to a five speed manual transmission; the company also offers a four-wheel-drive option on the Swift.
