      SIDVIN Festival of Speed to be held at Buddh International Circuit from November 30

      After serving host to the second season of Indian Grand Prix, Buddh International Circuit will now act as the venue for SIDVIN Festival of Speed, wherein, as many as 14 races will be held from November 30 to December 2. During these three days, two major international Championships will take place, namely, Round 2 of the MRF Challenge 2012 and the finale of the JK Racing Asia Series. Apart from these, the final rounds of JK Tyre-FMSCI National Racing championship and the JK Tyre-Volkswagen Polo R Cup will also be held.

      Around 125 highly skilled drivers will be seen behind the wheels in the SIDVIN Festival of Speed trying to win the pole position at one of the world's best F1 circuits.

      Mohan Nagrajan, CMD, SIDVIN, said "We are proud to bring in the second edition of SIDVIN Festival of Speed; the first was the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship. This being the largest motorsport extravaganza in the domestic front, with the country’s largest sponsors and promoters coming together after many decades, it is but natural for SIDVIN to be involved. We are proud to be associated with JK Tyre, MRF and Volkswagen who are the largest contributors to Indian Motorsport. Motorsport is one of the fastest growing sport in India and SIDVIN has been at the forefront of promoting domestic motorsports, be it events or drivers. This is a momentous occasion for Indian motorsport fans and competitors alike. We are confident that this will herald a new era in Indian motorsports.”

      The SIDVIN Festival of Speed, apart from serious races, will also feature several other interesting events for the motorsport lovers. India's best race drivers will enthral the audience through amazing stunt shows on Volkswagen cars. A super car parade is also a part of the schedule to keep the spectators entertained.
