Rolls Royce, the BMW-owned British luxury car maker, seems to be preparing for the launch of its Wraith model in the Indian auto market. Reportedly, the 2-door coupe was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland and was able to pull the masses across its stand. The model is expected to come equipped with a 6.6-litre Twin Turbo V12 engine, which will churn out a maximum power of 624 bhp, along with a highest torque of 800 Nm. With these specifications, this Rolls Royce will clock 100 kmph from initial within just 4.6 seconds. Adding to the performance of this engine, an 8-speed automatic transmission system has been housed in the Wraith, which automatically uses the GPS data to select the appropriate gear ratio, with the ongoing road conditions.

It must be noted that the new Wraith is being marketed as the most powerful and sporty Rolls Royce ever built by the British auto maker. Interestingly, the new coupe has been based on the luxury sedan Ghost, which in turn, is designed on the BMW 7 Series. Coming to its interiors, it is said that the saloon will be integrated with some of the top notch materials, including the finest quality leather. All the work at Wraith's interiors has been hand crafted with perfection. The company claims that the interiors of Rolls Royce Wraith has been inspired from an ultra luxury yacht.
