Maruti Suzuki has been rated at the fourth most reputed company in the world. It has also left behind its parent company, Suzuki Motor Co. of Japan. Maruti Suzuki India scored 74.38 points against its parent company Suzuki Motor Company which scored 70.44 points. The survey conducted by Reputation Institute based in United States, Maruti Suzuki India has emerged at the fourth most reputed car maker in the world. This was reported in its survey report “Global 200: The World’s Best Corporate Reputations”.
Maruti also made its way ahead of other global brands. Amongst the overall best corporate results MSI ranked 77th while SMC ranked 139. Only Toyota, Honda and China FAW Group corporations were ahead of MSI which held 39th and 41st positions respectively. MSI It scored 8th position amongst the automobile manufacturers while BMW bagged the fifth position and 88th position with a score of 72.85.
Toyota tops the list of the most reputed auto companies. Tata Group bagged the sixth position in the list while RIL failed to mark its presence.
