Tata Motors recently launched a series of off-roading events called Tata Motors Full Throttle Trails, which are held over half a day, exclusively for its SUV owners. The next trail will take place on 17th June in Ludhiana. It is a perfect opportunity for the SUV owners to get out of their routine driving and experience extreme off-roading.

The Chandigarh trail, which concluded recently, received an awesome response from the consumers. More than 35 SUV drivers participated in the trail. In the coming months, more than 21 trails are planned. These trails will pass through some of the very tough and difficult terrains including hills, sand beds, slush beds, bumpy roads and many more. The contestants are required to complete the trail with a time frame in order to qualify in the finals. Tata Motors is trying to rope in Cougar Motorsports as their programme partner for planning and implementation of the motorsport event.

Informing more about the event, Mr. Ashesh Dhar, Head Utility Vehicles, Tata Motors said, "With off-roading gaining popularity, and due to the lack of off-roading tracks, Full Throttle Trails will give enthusiasts an opportunity not only to experience the thrill, ruggedness and toughness of their Tata Motors SUVs, but will also familiarise them with some serious off-road driving techniques, in a planned and safe manner. Besides Full Throttle Trails also offers customers a quick weekend get away, in the proximity of their respective cities.”

Under the banner of Full Throttle, Tata Motors Full Throttle lately launched another property known as ‘Tata Motors Full Throttle Experience’. It is another off-roading voyage which will go on for many days. The first journey of Tata Motors Full Throttle Experience will commence on 22nd June, 2012 from the country’s capital, New Delhi.
