Kawasaki India to offer a Green-Black shaded Z800

Kawasaki, the leading two wheeler brand, had launched the Z800 in India sometime back. However, at the time of its launch, it was available only in a single colour, the all black and green tinge. However, it has now been revealed that the premium sport motorcycle brand will be available in two more colours – black paint and candy green scheme. Now, the question might arise that what is the difference between the first colour, which was released and the one, which is being launched now.

The main point of difference will be the difference in the colour schemes on the bike like the fairing, engine belly pan, fuel tank, rear seat and the side panels. All these places will get a tinge of green. Apart from the mounting of the green colour, there are no visible changes. The design of the bike remains exactly the same. Incidentally, the bike is powered by the same four-stroke liquid-cooled 806 cc engine. The mill is capable of producing a maximum power of 113 bhp. The maximum torque output for the bike is of 83 Nm and the machine is tuned to a six speed transmission.

There were many occasions when Kawasaki launched anniversary editions of motorcycles, but always overseas. None of those editions were launched in India. The only time when Kawasaki and replaced a product was when the Ninja 650 was replaced with the 2013 version, which simultaneously happened in the international market, as well.

The X8000 is offered in two other colours, as well – white and orange, in the international market. The new addition of the new colour, also a glamorous one, might as well boost the number of buyers of the bike in the country. This bike is pitted against the Triumph Street Triple, and the new colour variant addition might just be helpful enough to reduce the growing market of Triumph. The new colour will be available at the dealerships soon.
