      Honda unveils new Micro Commuter Concept electric car

      Honda Motors, the leading Japanese auto maker, uncovered it’s all new small electric car this week. The new Honda Electric small car is a three seater model (including driver seat), which has enough space to accommodate three adults comfortably. The car will be displayed at the forth coming Tokyo Motor show later this year. The car is named as Honda Micro Commuter Concept (HMCC), which is rapidly gaining popularity among the green car enthusiasts. As per the company, the new Honda Micro Commuter has been developed while taking into consideration the problem urban crowd face while commuting in a car.

      Powered by an electric motor that outpours a peak power a 16.7 kW along with a 3.3 kWh lithium-ion battery, the peak power of the car reaches to 22 bhp. The top speed of the car is 60 km per hour and it takes just over 7 seconds to reach its top speed from standstill position. Honda Micro Computer Concept has a top speed of 60 km per hour and accelerates from 0-60 km per hour in just 7.4 seconds. The battery of Honda MCC takes only 30 minutes to charge fully, and has a range of running 60 km in a single charge.
