The luxury coupe of Audi, RS5, powered by V8 has just received the limited edition model. This car has been christened as the RS5 Sport, and gets fresh upgrades on the design aspects and luxury features. However, the cabin has been given a sporty design. Its exterior has been provided with a 20-inch, five-spoke wheel, which is controlled by red brake callipers. The cabin on the interiors sport RS embossed with contrast red stitches on the armrests. Other luxurious interiors include leather-embossed steering wheel. Apart from these aspects, premium quality leather door inserts have also been provided.
The Sports Edition has kept the standard model based 4.2-litres V8 engine with the seven-speed S tronic transmission. The special thing about the transmission is that it is provided with launch control. The V8 engine is capable of generating 450 bhp power, which will make the RS5 accelerate to 100 kilometres per hour from ignition in 4.5 seconds.
The RS5 Sports Edition has been based on the Quattro GmbH, which is the performance division of Audi. The brand has said only 75 units of this model will be produced, each of which will have a base price of 55.4 lakhs INR.
