Bajaj Auto Limited is working on one of the most persistent market strategies by relaunching their once best-selling bike. With the earlier launch of their entry level CT-10, the bike manufacturer has now silently updated their website stating the launch of their New Bajaj Discover 125.

Despite the launch of this new model, there are not many changes that could be seen on this bike. The vehicle remains almost the same as that of the previous model with slight changes in the looks of the vehicle. It is evident that the earlier version of the bike was rolled out in the market in 2011.

It had been one of the easiest things for the bike manufacturers to bring this model again to the market as the company never actually stopped the production of these units. As a matter of fact, they have been producing these units for export purposes. But now, when the company officials saw some prospect in India regarding the product, they decided to relaunch it with the changes that they had already incorporated in the models that they were exporting.

Without the old Bajaj Discover 125T, the new line of Bajaj Discover will include Discover 100, Discover 100M, New Discover 125, Discover 125M, Discover 150F, and Discover 150S. This range seems to be more than enough for bringing a huge market share to its side by the bike manufacturers.

This so-called new version of the bike resembles the older version in many ways. It has the same 124.6 cc, 2 valves per cylinder engine generating 11 PS of power and 10.8 Nm of torque. It also incorporates a 5-speed manual gearbox giving a mileage of whopping 82.4 kmpl. These specs were available in the previous model too. The changes that this new version incorporates include a standard self-start, front disc brake, and a choice of colours.

The colour graphics of this new bike has seen a drastic but positive change. Unlike the previous model, the vehicle is available in a combination of Ebony Black with Deep Red Graphics, and also, Ebony White with Blue Graphics. The bike has been placed with a price tag of Rs. 52,002.
