Globally loved sports carmaker Porsche has been working on developing a better and more fun-to-drive version that is expected to be up on sale sometime in next year or early 2017. The one spotted undergoing road test is expected to the generate about 592bhp of power which is indeed much more powerful than the current trim that generates about 513bhp. Porsche may likely showcase the new turbo model at the 2015 Frankfurt Auto Show that is due to begin sometime in September.
Based on spy shots, the facelifted trim is expected to sport larger display on the centre console and also receive a new button on centre console that would probably used for activation of turbo boost function. The new trim shall also probably continue to be mated to seven-speed PDK dual-clutch unit.
In terms of design, the production trim of the vehicle shall receive larger bumpers for the front and rear. The headlamps and tailights appear to be reshaped to provide more aggressive stance. Furthermore, LED DRLs, new grille on engine trunk lid and new door handles. More details about the upcoming car shall be known at Frankfurt Auto Show.
