MG Astor - Mg won’t stand Indian market unless they fix customer complaint

Good looking car with worst pickup. Poor mileage. Not suited for hilly drives! Mg keep telling lies to customer! When informed car has no pickup in 2nd gear, nobody except local dealer will get in touch with customer. They keep telling me they have mailed the complaint to company! This is the only reply u get for any complaint. They said company is working on the improvements of the car and they will fix the pickup issue when they update software. It’s been 9 months they have not solved the issue.

MG Astor - Worst after sales

Don't buy this car on paper it seems to be a good car but you will not get after sales service. I bought this car just after 3000 kms it A.C stopped working I took the car to mg service centre jahangir puri Delhi for repair but they refused to attend my car saying you have to pre book at least for 2days for any complaints means if you your car malfunction any where in immergency they will not help you . I think after 2-3 years you have park your car at home & use it as a box.
