Tata Nexon EV Max — First Drive Review-

The standard Tata Nexon EV has a claimed battery range of 312km. With the new Nexon EV Max, Tata Motors aims to provide a better claimed range of 437km to the buyers on a single charge. The SUV is powered by an IP67 rated 40.5kWh lithium battery pack as against the 30.2kW lithium polymer one on the existing one. This bigger battery comes mated to a permanent magnet synchronous AC motor, delivering 141bhp and 250Nm of torque. Though this car is 100kg heavier than the existing EV, it still does make quick progress. After all, Tata claims a 0-100kmph sprint in under nine seconds. So, it still has that pulling power and doesn't feel like it will face any challenge uphill. However, we shall ascertain that later when we get it for a full-fledged road test. For now, we'll focus on the city conditions where it certainly will be used most of the time....

- Plz don’t go for it, it’s totally wastage of money. It’s batter to donate. I bought this car on 8/2/23 of rupees 20.27 laks, Tata is totally telling lie for km range Nexon ev drive range on eco mode - 256km City mode - 243km and if you drive it by mistake sport mode then your cars goes only 186km Or you want to go hill station then your cars goes on only 116 km only It’s all on full charge when you car battery is 100 percent. And if you think will charge your car in fast mode than your not able to do bcz you have to get permission from power corporation and it’s cost around 5 to 8 laks for fast charging charger setup. And normal chargers takes 14 to 15 hr for full charging of your car. And 1 time charging cost approx 42 unit I suggest plz don’t go for it. It’s totally wastage of your money

- Poor average,,, but good sales they have really given wrong , absolutely wrong information about the average,,, i was using tata Vista diesel which was giving average of 15 in city and 20 kmpl on highway
