- Its a premium Hatchback car but Mileage is too horrible. after using of 6 months started some noise from Sunroof, as well as glass doors. Some times the audio system silent. As per my concern don't waste money on such cars.
- Though the car is good, The customer service at Goa Hyundai and Alcon is worst. They work towards issuing bills but they do not do proper work. Once i had given my car as there was a concern with my Clutch and the ABC indicator was blinking. They returned the car by charging me that the issue is resolved. However, the next day, the car stopped on the middle of the road in the market and i had to raise concern with the Mumbai office. Later they came and replaced the part. This time i had given my car due to water seepage on the back seat. They told me I need to change the antenna as the water seepage was through the antenna. After keeping my car for 20 days, they returned stating there is no seepage. However, after returning the car and due to heavy rainfall, the water seepage was still there. I personally feel so terrible with the way their customer service is.. I am of the strong opinion that they only want to extort the customer without providing any service and ae fooling customers.
- Effortable price in sports version when we driving i can feel the sports experience and interior or exterior both you can't get bore and servicing has be improve and maintains is based on colour but in my way it's okay.

- I have i20 Asta, it is great for city & Highway driving, after sale service is best in class, i have done 1st service, & its fully featurs loaded so you don't have any need for after market fitments, and now it's dual colour interior make it more stylish, and best thing is its long wheelbase which provides you good leg room, and asta variant comes with Bose speakers setup which gives you a best sound quality in a class, the only one cons is its low ground clearance
