Volvo India has launched its exclusive program – Volvo Car Assistance - for Volvo owners in India. It has tied up with an international automotive service provider – Mondial Assistance that would offer professional roadside assistance service to Volvo customers in India. Volvo plans to offer a stress free vehicle ownership and pleasant driving experience.
According to this program the customers shall not be burdened with any additional cost while the vehicle is under 2 year cashless service and warranty period. A helpline number shall be toll free and would be accessible from mobiles as well as landlines. The roadside assistance would be available 24/7 365 days-a-year. In case of any breakdown, Volvo shall offer any mechanical or electrical assistance immediately. It would also facilitate towing to the nearest Volvo dealer. Moreover, it shall not only offer road traffic assistance but also issues like pilot error assistance.
Volvo also ensures that even if you have minor issues like locked keys, lost keys, no fuel, contaminated fuel, punctures, bolts or valve related issues, it shall offer immediate assistance to them as well.
