Khajuraho, the historic city of India, witnessed a grand show of more than 300 Harley-Davidson riders, last week. This city played host to the third edition of the legendary American two-wheeler company’s Eastern HOG rally. The rally was organised from December 5 to 7 and it was marked by participation from riders of Harley’s 13 chapters across the nation.
This was the first occasion when the Tiger Chapter got the opportunity of hosting the annual zonal event. It was a grand success going by the footfall at the final event. This event also saw a Custom Contest, which witnessed a number of chopper builders showcase their creative talent in building the best custom bike. Apart from these, there was also an event on the customary fusion music night, an arm wrestling corner and a pre-ride maintenance workshop.
Harley-Davidson keeps organising such rallies in order to promote and maintain the feel of camaraderie and brotherhood across the nation. Last month saw Pushkar getting flocked by over 700 riders for the third round of the Eastern HOG Rally, which was the largest event in this zone of its kind.
Dharmendra Jain, the Director of Tiger Chapter in Indore said, "H.O.G. Rallies are always an amazing experience. It was great to see Harley owners ride long distances to join the brotherhood in Khajuraho. The passion and enthusiasm shown by our brothers motivated us to organise this Rally and inspire new and experienced riders alike. We are thrilled to have hosted this year's Eastern H.O.G.
