As 2013 is coming to an end, car makers would be seen offering a number of freebies and goodies to woo price sensitive Indian customers. Industry experts are of a view that the companies would be trying to sell their 2013 stock as new year is approaching soon and in order to do so, lucrative schemes will be introduced. Interestingly, Renault India has already started pouring out such schemes, which are aimed at garnering the attention of buyers towards Duster. The company recently introduced 'Race for the Best Offer' wherein the potential buyers of Duster would be benefited from the various schemes that the company is offering. On the company's official website, each and every information regarding the offer is available. As seen on it, the offer is valid from 14th November to 31st December 2013.

In 'Race for the Best Offer', the French auto maker is giving away exchange benefits up to Rs. 60000 with its Duster. With this, interested buyers can trade in their old vehicles with Renault Duster, thereby getting entitled to discounts. However, the exchange bonus is only available on two trim levels that include RxL and RxZ (O). Also to mention, customers interested in buying RxE variant can avail exchange discounts worth Rs. 30000. Moreover, on purchase of every Duster, the company is giving away additional 2 years warranty. In fact, this is not all as Renault is also giving away free 4 years road side assistance warranty. Even the company is offering a free membership of Gangs of Duster in which owners can register themselves to be able to take part in various events organised by the auto maker. Reportedly, this offer is available at all the leading dealerships of the company in India till the end of 2013.

Auto analysts believe that this deal from Renault would not surprise many as the company previously introduced a StepUp Bonanza offer on its entire fleet, which included the compact Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) Duster. The offer that was introduced in the festive season was aimed at drawing people towards the cars of Renault. Under this nine-day limited period offer, the potential customers that booked Renault Pulse, Scala or Duster were given a chance to either upgrade their bookings or get additional benefits.

Since its inception in the Indian car market, Renault Duster performed well in the compact SUV segment as it enjoyed the tag of being the best selling car in its respective space for a long time after being toppled by Ford EcoSport. The car has been instrumental in charting the course of Renault in India as the demand for other cars of the company has not even reached half of what Duster holds. Now with such a kind of initiatives, Duster is expected to sell even more as the 'Race for the Best Offer' may attract a large set of audience in India, owing to the lucrative bonus plans.
