Land Rover has designed a completely customised, one-of-its kind Review Range Rover Hybrid LWB for Queen Elizabeth II. This vehicle is a joint endeavour of Land Rover and Special Vehicle Operations of JLR and is an open-top SUV.

The SUV comes without a roof over the rear compartment of the passenger and has been inspired from the Range Rover Hybrid LWB. The car is powered by a 3.0-litre SDV6 engine and an electric motor, which has a total output of 335 bhp and a torque of 71.38 kgm. This new Range Rover vehicle is in place of the State Review vehicle, which was a Range Rover 2002 model. The first state review vehicle was the Land Rover Series 1 from 1953.

Adding another feather to the cap, the company recently received 2015 Queen's Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development.

The company stated "A new, hybrid-powered State Review vehicle was used for the first time today, when Her Majesty The Queen presented New Colours to the Royal Welsh Regiment in Cardiff. The Queen is Colonel-in-Chief of the Regiment."
