Touted as the replacement of SX4 sedan in India, Ciaz will be making its grand debut in India during the festive season that is on brink of commencement. Fading sales led to termination of SX4 production in India a while ago and hence this makes Ciaz a highly anticipated sedan in India since this would be the only sedan from stables of Maruti Suzuki India in C segment. Shown at 2014 Auto Expo held in Greater Noida in the month of February, Ciaz was applauded for its modish semblance. In C segment, Ciaz will face fierce competition from sedans like new Honda City that also comes in diesel avatar, Verna is also due for a facelift that will be rolled out soon, Fiesta has undergone a facelift lately, Vento’s updated version will also be launched in domestic market in upcoming months.
