      Victory Motorcycles, a popular brand in the leisure bike segment, has gone ahead and lifted curtains off its 2015 line-up of two wheelers. This line-up of superb bikes includes a model named Magnum, which is a new customizable bagger. The starting price of this bike has been set at USD 21999, which comes around to INR 13.23 lakh as per exchange rates. Notably, the Victory Magnum is designed on the same lines as Cross Country Tour, which is the flagship model of the company. Albeit at present, this firm has no model in the Indian market, a few models could be launched in the year 2015 by Victory Motorcycles.

      The 2015 Victory Magnum is powered by a Freedom 106 unit that is fitted in the complete range of Victory Motorcycles. This V-Twin air/oil cooled engine has a displacement of around 1731 cc and has the ability to produce maximum torque of 143.7 Nm. The classic touch engine features some heavy duty technologies like OHC with self-adjusting cam chains, 8 valves with hydraulic lifters, dual throttle body and Electronic Fuel Injection.

      There is a custom 21-inch wheel at the front of the new Victory Magnum and it has a slammed rear end. One of the highlights of this bike is a 100-watt six speaker stereo system, claimed to be the best performing audio in the firm’s history. In addition, the dashboard of Magnum Victory features a detailed instrument panel. A number of features in this bike have painted matching the colour, such as bezels (lock, headlight and taillight), radiator shroud, rear fender closeouts and dash. Four colours offered by the firm include Ness Midnight Cherry, Metasheen Black over Super Steel Gray, Plasma Lime with Silver and Magnum Red Over Super Steel Grey.

      The Victory Magnum features a pair of 43 mm inverted forks at the front of its suspension system while its rear boasts of a gas charged Mono-tube that has pneumatic controlled adjustment. 300 mm dual disc and single disc brakes combine together at the front and rear to form the braking system of this bike. Anti-lock Braking System is also optional with this bike and a cruise control system can also be opted for.
