      The eighth season of ‘Mobil 1 The Grid’ has returned for another exciting year of motorsports action to provide fans with an inside perspective from key motorsports bloggers and influencers. Additionally, it also provides trackside access to the sport’s top events around the world.

      Speaking on the occasion, Pablo Conrad, global brand manager, passenger vehicle lubricants at ExxonMobil, said, “As our Mobil 1 technology continues to support race teams around the world, we are looking forward to an exciting season of Mobil 1 The Grid as we showcase our involvement in motorsports. With a record number of broadcasters this year, Mobil 1 The Grid will reach motorsports fans in more than 150 countries.”

      This season, the global television show will spotlight Mobil 1 racing technology as it explores the key performance differentiators in the world’s most prominent racing championships and series.

      Highlights from the opening episode of season 8 of Mobil 1 The Grid will include an exclusive look ahead to the new NASCAR season with Stewart-Haas Racing, the behind the scenes story of the Rolex 24 hours at Daytona and a trip to Finland to check out the Artic Rally; all of which will be featured on the newly designed Mobil 1 the Grid website and the Mobil 1 The Grid YouTube channel.

      Mobil 1 The Grid provides fans with a unique mix of driver and team profiles, behind-the-scenes stories, race highlights, and an in-depth look at the technology that powers the most successful teams in motorsports.

      The event was developed in 2008 in partnership with Sunset & Vine, a leading global sports television distribution and production company.
