Maruti Suzuki will launch about 8 cars this year out of which, the Swift Dzire facelift is expected to be launched first in the market. The production of the updated model has already commenced, and the launch is likely to happen this month or in March. Ahead of its official launch, the updated compact sedan has already been leaked on web world. Most of the changes are expected to be borrowed from the Swift hatchback facelift, which has already been launched in the market.
The 2015 Swift Dzire will get two new variants- the Zxi+ and Zdi+, both will serve as the top-of-the line variants for the compact sedan. The new top-spec petrol and diesel variants will be equipped with high end features like new infotainment system, i-Key, push start/stop button, new seat upholstery, lots of chrome treatment, etc. These variants will also get daytime running lights. The new Dzire will be made available in seven exciting exterior shades including white, silver, black, grey, blue, brown & light blue.
The new 2015 Swift Dzire facelift will get slightly tweaked exteriors and interiors. It has new front fascia with a large chrome grille, slightly tweaked headlamps with dark inserts, new bumper with restyled air dam and new fog lamp assembly with chrome enclosure. The sedan is equipped with a new 10-spoke alloy wheels, a new blue shade, new rear bumper and keyless access button on door handles. The interiors of the updated Dzire is blessed with new infotainment system with Bluetooth compatibility, multi-functional steering, electrically adjustable and retractable ORVMs, etc. The company is likely to tweak both engines to increase fuel efficiency by around 10 per cent.
