Maruti Suzuki has stood right on top of the sales charts in the country. Being India's favorite due to qualities like efficiency, reliability and low cost of ownership the diverse fleet from the country's production line has indeed been looked forward by the domestic population. This time around the carmaker is coming up with a premium hatchback codenamed the YRA hatchback, due for launch sometime in first quarter of 2015. Post launch the hatchback is expected to be strong contender against cars like Hyundai Elite i20, Toyota Etios Liva and the upcoming Honda Jazz.
The YRA hatchback from Maruti Suzuki is likely to get a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine, whereas the diesel trim may be powered by 1.3-litre Multi-Jet engine from Fiat. The interiors is likely to share some resemblance with the the Ciaz sedan offering in the country. The five seater vehicle comes with ample luggage space for your trips.
