The petrol and diesel versions of Swift offer a mileage of up to 18.6 kmpl and 22.9 kmpl, respectively.
Coming on to Maruti Suzuki Alto 800, it would be highly apt to call this compact hatchback a people's car due to its high affordability. Notably, the price of Alto 800 is between Rs. 2.66 lakh and Rs. 3.87 lakh. Seeing the success of this passenger car in the market, the auto company has even introduced CNG variants. Indeed, this entry level compact car, owing to its highly impressive sales record, has become an iconic and a flag bearer model for Maruti Suzuki. Notably, this vehicle has been able to accumulate around 20 lakh units since its launch in India.
Besides being highly affordable, Alto 800 is a highly fuel efficient car too. As per the company's claim, it is able to return a mileage of around 22.74 kmpl. Interestingly, its CNG model offers a mileage of up to 30.46 km/kg.
