      Maruti Suzuki Colours of Youth 2011 campaign to assess knowledge and general awareness of the youth in India

      In another attempt to connect with the youth of India, Maruti Suzuki India Limited has launched a nationwide campaign, 'Maruti Suzuki Colours of Youth 2011'. The pan India campaign, which commenced on 9th November, 2011 in various business schools and professional colleges of the country, will evaluate knowledge and general awareness of learners. This engagement to find country's most talented and versatile youth will witness participation of top B Schools and colleges.

      Maruti Suzuki Colours of Youth 2011 campaign will conduct a series of competitions over a span of 3 months in 10 Indian cities. The event will be judged by eminent panel that consists of musician Subir Malik and former Miss World, Diana Hayden. The ongoing event is divided into preliminary rounds, four zonal rounds and one final round, wherein students will brainstorm and work in teams, in a quest to win a brand new Maruti Suzuki Ritz. Besides Maruti Suzuki Ritz, there are several awards for the participants that put up a great show.

      Unwrapped at Welingkar Institute of Management (Mumbai), wherein 4 teams were selected out of 68 participating institutions. These competitions between prestigious educational institutions will also be held in New Delhi, Chandigarh, Pune, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

      Referring to the event, Shashank Srivastava, Chief General Manager (Marketing), Maruti Suzuki India Limited said that the initiative ‘Colours of Youth 2011’ is a national level platform that provides students from varied backgrounds a chance to showcase their skills and knowledge. He added that platform will associate youth of the country with brand Maruti.
